Soccer Shots offers a soccer program for kids ages 2‑8 in multiple counties (Morris, Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex, Mercer, Ocean, Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, and Salem). The program includes a Traditional and an Empower Program for children with disabilities.

We are looking for part‑time instructors to lead clinic‑style play with children in both programs. Responsibilities include introducing the fundamentals of soccer, creating a fun and positive learning environment, and assisting with player development.

• Competitive hourly rate of $25‑$30 based on experience
• Flexible scheduling according to availability – weekday mornings/early evenings and weekend mornings are all available
• Free uniforms and equipment necessary to coach
• Training & development with ongoing coaching curriculum
• Opportunity for advancement within the organization

• Responsible for personal transportation to and from session locations
• Soccer experience preferred but not mandatory
• Caring and engaging each child through positive affirmation
• Energetic, creating an exciting atmosphere that encourages children to smile and participate
• Good communication and teamwork skills

With over ten years of experience, Soccer Shots maintains a caring, family‑friendly work culture and focuses on character development. Seasons run 10‑12 weeks, with the option to work year‑round.
