Requisition

As a Line Lead – Packaging in the Packaging Department in Brewery Operations, you will lead and coach a 24‑hour operation in Trenton, OH
. You will collaborate closely with Line leads and trios, and report to the Sr Manager Operations – Packaging.

• Successfully lead a 24‑hour high‑speed packaging line in all aspects – safety, quality, cost, production, and morale.
• capacités a diverse workforce of salaried and hourly individuals, providing coaching, feedback, accountability, and direction.
• Serve as point person for the plant on off‑shift as needed.
• Develop and maintain a staffing plan for your line to meet business needs while adhering to potentiates.

• 3+ years of experience asihat manufacturing/operations supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to learn rapidly.
• Effective relationship builder and collaborator.
• Integrity and accountability for results.
