Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Excellence:

Conduct thorough clinical examinations to accurately assess, diagnose, and manage patient conditions. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality care and outcomes for our patients.

Patient Consultations:

Provide compassionate and effective consultations both within the surgery and through home visits, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for all patients, including those who are housebound.

Holistic Patient Care:

Monitor ongoing conditions and overall wellbeing of patients, adopting a proactive approach to health maintenance and disease prevention.

Specialised Procedures:

Perform minor surgical procedures as necessary, equipped with the latest techniques and knowledge to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Collaborative Practice:

Work within multidisciplinary teams, including midwives, pharmacists, health visitors, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver a coordinated and comprehensive care experience.

Practice Management and Administration:

Engage in essential practice management and administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our services.
