A leading specialist provider is seeking motivated and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join a secondary school in Rhondda. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in education, offering flexible ad hoc and long-term work across secondary schools in the area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning and well-being, making a positive impact on their educational journey.

The position provides a fantastic chance to develop new skills and gain valuable experience in the education sector.

• Supervise students in Years 7, 8, and 9, as well as GCSE classes, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
• Support teachers with classroom management and behaviour.
• Assist pupils with their learning activities and provide support where needed.
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Follow school policies and procedures to promote a safe environment for all pupils.

• A keen interest in working with children and young people.
• Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children and/or in the care sector.
• Open to training and development opportunities.
• A proactive work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Good understanding of special educational needs.
• Ability to provide a range of support to pupils.
• Patience, understanding, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

This role offers excellent pay, weekly wages, and flexible working hours from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
