SQA & PQA Finished Goods
Fulltime:
Treviso, Italy

Area of responsibility
The Quality department is looking for a  SQA & PQA Finished Goods . In this role you will be part of an international team and you will be responsible for the following activities:
Represent the Quality Assurance in the supplier qualification, development and performance management activities across the European Finished Goods supplier base;
Drive supplier quality audits,assessments and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and business requirements;
Develop and execute supplier quality improvement plans, focusing on quality, delivery performance, risk mitigation and cost reduction;
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to European suppliers of finished products and product quality issues;
Support new product introductions, technology transfers and supplier transitions, ensuring robust quality planning and risk management;
Manage production and product quality assurance activities throughout the product lifecycle;
Ensure compliance with applicable Quality Management Systems, customer requirements and regulatory standards;
Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Product Management and Quality teams to define and implement supplier quality strategies;
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, sustainability and operational excellence across the supply chain;

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience;
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance, Product Quality Assurance or Supply Chain Quality Management;
Experience managing Finished Goods suppliers in an international environment;
Experience in managing production and product quality in an international environment
Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as:
ISO 9001
ISO 14001
ISO 45001
Proven experience in supplier audits, supplier development and performance management;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities;
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and matrix organization;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;

Compensation Package
Indicative gross annual salary (RAL): €50.000 – €55.000, consistent to experience and qualifications
