Job Overview We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑level software solutions supporting industrial and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high‑level software solutions for industrial automation systems, using C# and C++ languages.

Lead software architecture, design, and refactoring initiatives to ensure scalability, reliability, and long‑term maintainability.

Ensure software design follows secure‑by‑design and cybersecurity best practices.

Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to deliver complex, high‑impact projects.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills Expertise in object‑oriented programming, software design patterns, and refactoring methodologies.

Solid proficiency in high‑level programming languages, preferably C++ and C#.Solid command of English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure software development practices.

Experience in developing graphical user interfaces (GUIs).Previous exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is considered an advantage.

Experience with relational SQL databases.

Understanding of industrial automation concepts and experience with drive systems.

Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments.

Soft Skills Strong team player with ability to work in distributed, international teams.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work autonomously and manage assigned tasks independently.

Proactive problem‑solving attitude and adaptability to evolving project needs.
