Role Description
This is an on‑site, full‑time position in Trento for an Administrative Assistant & Export Coordinator. The role involves providing administrative support through tasks such as scheduling, managing documentation, handling inbound and outbound communications, and assisting with clerical activities. Responsibilities also include coordinating export activities by ensuring compliance with regulations, managing shipping documentation, and supporting efficient delivery processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication.
Practical experience with Clerical Skills and organization.
Working knowledge of export coordination and logistics is a plus.
Attention to detail, professional demeanor, and ability to multitask.
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office.
Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
