WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO USWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
* ** Help Desk and User Support:
** Be the go-to person for Sim Corp Sofia users, solving their queries and ensuring smooth operations.
* ** Product Development Support:
** Contribute to the development process by gathering requirements, creating specifications, and documenting features.
* ** Shadowing and Learning:
** Work alongside experienced consultants, learning the ropes through direct experience in analysis and testing.
* ** Client Support for Extraordinary Events:
** Assist clients during significant changes like mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring.
* ** Product Enhancement:
** Propose innovative software enhancements based on user feedback and practical use cases.

WHAT WE VALUEMost importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest:
* A degree in Mathematics or Physics
* Great knowledge of algebra
* Proficiency in English and Italian languages
* Analytical skills, even in a time-sensitive setting
