As a Component Delivery Manager (CDM) you will support the Senior Component Delivery Manager (Sr CDM) on project lifecycle such as estimation and execution in a way that scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety goals are met, according to the Company Project & Quality Procedures. You will manage the project team to meet monthly goals set by the Senior Project Manager and the department, and report to the Head of Component Delivery Management.
The role is located in Monfalcone (Italy) and requires a 100% onsite presence with limited flexible working arrangements.
Main Responsibilities
Manage the Project Team with a focus on Safety, Quality, Costs and OTDS.
Support the Sr CDM in leading the project team to complete the project and achieve the strategy identified for profitable execution.
Control and manage project costs, risks, and opportunities.
Assist the Sr CDM with estimations prior to order acquisition and ensure project costs stay within the assigned budget.
Monitor and expedite daily and monthly project progress, meeting the goals set by the Sr CDM.
Track contingencies based on assessed risks and opportunities, prepared with the Sr CDM.
Assist the Sr CDM in assessing scope changes according to the Company Project Procedures, ensuring cost and schedule impacts are recognized.
Control and manage the project schedule, developing and monitoring it daily and monthly to meet forecasted progress and goals set with the Sr CDM.
