Senior Testing Services Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead testing services for SaaS solutions, focusing on continuous testing, test automation, and delivery efficiency. You’ll support upgrades and global service delivery while promoting agile, Lean, and Dev Ops practices. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and coach others to share knowledge. This is an opportunity to shape testing strategies for financial systems at a growing Fin Tech leader.

Responsibilities Analyze client requirements and design manual and automated test cases with minimal supervision

Validate behavior across upgrades and implementations ensuring seamless integration

Report deviations and manage defects through the lifecycle

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and align delivery across units

Engage in client meetings to report testing status

Participate in Communities of Practice (CoPs)
Contribute to knowledge sharing via coaching and training sessions

Qualifications3‑5+ years of experience in testing, business analysis, or consulting on complex financial systems

Experience with Agile practices and frameworks

Experience in the financial domain related to testing, business analysis, consulting, or audit

Familiarity with test automation concepts and support for automation/AI initiatives

Proficient in data analysis and SQL for data validation

ISTQB (or equivalent) certification

Upper‑intermediate English Methodical, solution‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision and in cross‑functional teams

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
