Experteer Overview As Growth Planning & Deployment Manager, you will translate global growth strategies into actionable deployment plans across channels and markets. You will coordinate cross-functional inputs, enable cross-channel data model activation, and maintain end-to-end roadmaps to ensure timely, high-quality execution. Your work supports a CX data-driven organization and accelerates the journey from insight to measurable growth.
This role offers the chance to shape growth activation across DRBUs and contribute to a collaborative, innovative culture ponsibilities
Translate global growth strategies into integrated planning and deployment plans across channels and markets
Coordinate cross-channel activation of data models for scalable CX execution
Prioritize growth initiatives balancing impact, value, readiness, resources, and feasibility
Align planning across marketing, data, CRM, media, marketplaces, analytics, and technology
Develop and maintain deployment roadmaps with timelines, dependencies, and handoffs
Lead deployment governance and track performance, managing risks and escalations
Provide playbooks, toolkits, templates, and guidance to markets for consistent activation
Monitor deployment performance with KPIs, capturing learnings and opportunities
Embed feedback loops and scalable ways of working for continuous improvement
Qualifications7+ years in marketing, CX, growth, digital activation, project management, or commercial planning within consumer-facing organisations
Strong planning and deployment management with translating strategy into actionable plans
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams
Solid project/program management expertise including governance and risk management
Understanding of consumer journeys and omnichannel marketing (CRM, personalisation, media, marketplaces, acquisition, conversion, retention)
Proficiency with performance data, dashboards, KPI reporting, funnel metrics, and test-and-learn insights
Good understanding of marketing tech including CRM platforms, marketing automation, CDPs, media technologies, and measurement tools
