Job Title:

IT Support Specialist (Onsite)
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, manage office IT infrastructure, and assist with asset and project-based operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands‑on technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with remote teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
End-User Support

Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Handle provisioning, deployment, replacement, and decommissioning of IT equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.

Office Infrastructure Support

Support network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies.

Install and maintain switches, routers, and access points.

Assist with smart office solutions and conference room technologies.

Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support activities.

Asset Management

Manage IT assets including receiving, labeling, imaging, tracking, and maintenance.

Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate repairs, redeployment, and disposal of devices.

Ensure compliance with asset management policies.

Project & Site Support

Support office moves, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure projects.

Assist in business events, demos, and technology deployments.

Provide remote hands support and vendor coordination.

Required Skills

Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and office IT infrastructure.

Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, access points).

Experience in asset management and inventory control.

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
