• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing department

• Oversee resident care to promote quality, safety, and well-being

• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and nursing operations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families

• Support staff development and maintain high standards of care

• Current, active RN license in Colorado or Compact State

• Nursing leadership experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and nursing standards

• A passion for resident-centered care and team development
