Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries and product questions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding needs and project requirements
  • Evaluate technical feasibility and ensure alignment with company capabilities
  • Partner with engineering and production teams to develop tailored transformer solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Support commercial negotiations with sales leadership to close deals
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
  • Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Proven sales engineering or technical sales experience (industrial/electrical/transformer experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of transformer function, design, and applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts for clients
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, inquiries, and timelines effectively
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically, 10% internationally
  • Experience with industrial, renewable, or utility customers preferred
  • Familiarity with international transformer standards and certifications a plus
  • Multilingual skills (English/Spanish) a bonus
