Hours & PayShift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and product questions
- Build, strengthen, and maintain customer relationships to understand needs and project requirements
- Evaluate inquiries to confirm technical feasibility and alignment with company capabilities
- Partner with engineering and production teams to develop tailored transformer solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Support commercial negotiations alongside sales leadership to finalize deals
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Proven sales engineering or technical sales experience (industrial/electrical/transformer sector preferred)
- Strong understanding of transformer function, design, and applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, inquiries, and timelines effectively
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and 10% internationally
- Experience supporting industrial, renewable, or utility customers (preferred)
- Familiarity with international transformer standards and certifications (preferred)
- Multilingual skills—especially English/Spanish—are a plus
