Seeking a full‑time Resident Manager to join our team at Rock Creek Ridge Apartments (168 units) in Happy Valley, OR. We offer spacious 1, 2, and 3‑bedroom apartment homes with washer & dryer. As a Resident Manager, you will greet visitors to the community, provide information about the property, and engage in leasing activities. Your attention to detail assists you as you explain rental agreements and move‑in packages. You will use Yardi & Tenant Tech to enter data and produce accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You must be one who gets great satisfaction from ensuring that all resident issues are resolved in a professional and friendly manner.

The Resident Manager is responsible for the success of the property and supervises office and maintenance staff. They are responsible for adhering to and enforcing company policy & procedures and consistently acting in the best of Carla Properties Ltd. The Resident Manager’s specific duties may vary from site to site, depending on the property's requirements and the size of the staff.

• 6+ years of multifamily housing industry experience & 4+ years of prior Resident Manager experience.
• Excellent customer service.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and stellar organizational skills.
• Experience with Yardi (3+ years) and Tenant Tech (1+ year).
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

This is a Full‑Time position. Work schedule is Sunday – Thursday with Friday & Saturday as days off. Working hours are Sundays, 9 am – 5 pm;
Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 6 pm (39.5 hrs/week).

Monthly salary range: $5,850 – $6,350 (DOE) + Move‑in Commission & Rate Change Commission.
