Position: Resident Manager – Fox Ridge Apartments

Seeking a full-time Resident Manager to join our team at Fox Ridge Apartments (162 units), in Troutdale, OR. Fox Ridge is a newly constructed apartment community (opened April 2024). We offer spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes with luxury finishes. The community is conveniently located near the heart of Troutdale, close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the McMenamins Edgefield Hotel, Restaurant and Event Venue.

As a Resident Manager, you will greet visitors to the community, provide information about the property and engage in leasing activities. Your attention to detail assists you as you explain rental agreements and move-in packages. You will use Yardi & Tenant Tech to enter data and to assist in producing accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You must be one who gets great satisfaction from making sure that all resident issues are resolved in a professional and friendly manner.

The Resident Manager is responsible for the success of the property and supervises office and maintenance staff. They are responsible for adhering to and enforcing company policy & procedures and consistently acting in the best of Carla Properties Ltd. The Resident Manager's specific duties may vary from site to site, depending on the property's requirements and the size of the staff.

You love working with people and performing a variety of tasks throughout your day. Your team enjoys working with you as you support their functions and workflow. You play an essential role in Carla Properties' success!

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have 5+ years of prior Leasing experience & 3+ years of prior Resident Manager experience. Skills required for the position include:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and stellar organizational skills
  • Experience with Yardi and Tenant Tech
  • Excellent Leadership skills
WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position that requires working on the weekends. The work schedule is Sunday – Thursday; 9am – 6pm (Mon-Thur), 9am – 5pm (Sun), with the days off as Fri/Sat (39.5 hrs/week).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Monthly salary range: $5,400 - $6,200 + commissions, DOE. At Carla Properties, we offer an excellent benefits package including paid medical insurance, optional dental insurance, paid holidays, sick & vacation time, 401k with employer match (up to 4%) and immediate vesting. Other benefits include employer paid Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Group Life Insurance w/Accidental Death coverage.
