UpRiver Village helps older adults remain living in their own homes and engaged in their communities as long as possible by providing social activities and extensive volunteer services in Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview and Wood Village.
The Transportation Coordinator will manage the onboarding of new volunteer drivers: collecting documentation of driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance certificate, driving record, safe driving course completion, and arranging for on-road-driving tests.
Administrative work can be done at volunteer's home at times convenient for volunteer. Volunteer may elect to provide on-road driver test in person, to be scheduled with prospective volunteer drive.
Volunteers will learn/utilize organizational and communication skills, organizational development, working with seniors.

Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this opportunity.
