This is a full-time hybrid role located in OR for an Agency Sales Representative. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored benefit solutions, and providing education to employers and employees regarding Colonial Life products and services. The role will involve meeting sales targets, delivering high-quality customer service, and identifying new opportunities for organizational growth within assigned territories.

Collaboration with team members and proactive engagement with businesses are essential to drive success in meeting goals.

• Sales and Negotiation skills, including experience in meeting sales goals and managing customer relationships
• Communication and Presentation skills to effectively educate employers and employees about insurance benefits
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and foster customer satisfaction
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
• Prior experience in insurance, sales, or a similar field is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
• State-specific insurance licensure or willingness to obtain one is required
