This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Manager, Client Manager or Senior Accountant to manage a varied portfolio of clients while providing proactive accounting, tax and business advisory support.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of accounts and business advisory clients Act as the main point of contact for clients Review statutory accounts, tax returns and compliance work Provide proactive accounting, tax and commercial advice Identify opportunities for tax planning and additional advisory services Support business development and client growth Lead, coach and develop junior team members Manage workflows, deadlines and client expectations Work closely with Partners and colleagues across the firm Ensure high standards of technical and client service delivery About You ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Proven experience managing a client portfolio within an accountancy practice Strong technical knowledge of accounts, tax and UK compliance Excellent client relationship and communication skills Commercially aware with the ability to identify advisory opportunities Strong leadership and coaching skills Highly organised with excellent time management Proactive, professional and client-focused What's on Offer Full-time position Hybrid and flexible working Varied client portfolio Accounts, tax and business advisory exposure Strong client-facing responsibility Leadership and team development opportunities Supportive working environment Excellent career progression Competitive salary and benefits Location Trowbridge, Wiltshire Commutable from Bath, Bradford-on-Avon, Frome, Warminster, Chippenham, Melksham and surrounding areas .
