Secretary, Administrative​/Clerical

Position: Secretary (full or part-time)
Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area who urgently seeks an experienced  Secretary   on a full or part-time basis  to join a busy, friendly team and provide valuable day-to-day secretarial and administrative support.

You'll be providing essential secretarial support across the team including:
Audio and copy typing of letters and correspondence
Keeping the digital filing system accurate and up to date
Answering overflow calls when required
Supporting the wider team and adhoc duties
What you will need to succeed:
Previous secretarial experience in an office environment
Fast and accurate audio and copy typing skills
Good level of experience with IT and office systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised, reliable and able to work independently
Has a flexible, can-do approach and is happy to help where needed
What you will receive in return :
Competitive salary
Monday to Friday  part-time, 20 hours per week, or full-time 37.5 hours per week
