• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Integrated Front Door and Out of Hours Team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
• Provide guidance and oversight to your team, supporting their professional development and ensuring the highest standards of practice
• Collaborate with the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub to assess risk and ensure the safety and well-being of children and families
• Facilitate seamless communication and intervention strategies within the team, ensuring timely responses to urgent situations
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders to promote inter-agency collaboration and service improvement
