- Salary: £32,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped OTE (High Earning Potential)

Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor / Stores Specialist to lead daily operations within our busy parts department in Trowbridge
. You will manage inventory control, process orders, support workshop technicians, and deliver top-tier service to trade and retail customers over the counter and on the phone.
- Solid experience working within an automotive parts department or dealership stores environment (Essential).
- Proficiency with computer systems, parts lookup software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and confident phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workshop and retail environment.
- Base: Trowbridge, BA14 (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly served by the A350 and A361
, offering fast commutes across Wiltshire and Somerset. - Public Transport: Excellent connections via Trowbridge Mainline Station and local bus routes.
