Selwood Housing is seeking a Compliance Project Surveyor (Level
3) to manage safety‑critical compliance programmes across our housing portfolio, with emphasis on fire safety, water hygiene, lift and lifting equipment safety, and other non‑M&E disciplines.
You will oversee programmes from planning to delivery, ensuring works are completed safely and in line with legislation, collaborating with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders to raise compliance standards.
