You'll join a supportive and collaborative team where your contribution is valued and where your work helps shape safer homes and communities across the South West.

About

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering safety-critical compliance programmes that help keep our customers safe and our homes compliant, well maintained and fit for the future.

As a Compliance Project Surveyor (Level

You'll oversee programmes from planning through to delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders, you'll help drive high standards of compliance performance, manage risk effectively, and support the delivery of fire risk assessment programmes and associated improvement works.

This is a varied and rewarding role where your expertise will have a direct impact on customer safety, operational performance and the quality of the homes we provide.

Internally this role is known as Compliance Project Surveyor.
