Academics in Trowbridge is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to assist pupils with SEMH, ASC, ADHD and other needs in a specialist education setting. This role welcomes Psychology graduates or those aiming to work in mental health.
You will work with teachers, SEN staff and therapists to help pupils develop emotional resilience, coping strategies and confidence to engage with learning. Roles available full-time or part-time starting September 2026.
