Academics in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, is seeking a compassionate Pastoral Support Worker to help pupils aged 5-16 with Autism and SEMH needs.
You will provide emotional and behavioural support inside and outside the classroom, deliver targeted pastoral interventions, promote attendance, and work with staff to create a safe, inclusive learning environment. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday and offers £85-£110 per day.
