Wiltshire Council is seeking an Entitlement and Inclusion Lead Worker within the Targeted Education Service. The role partners with families, schools and providers to secure education entitlement, coordinate support, and develop personalised plans. Travel to schools is expected, with strong SEND knowledge and a commitment to inclusion.
The post offers a salary of £34,434–£36,363 p.a. and a hybrid working model, with regular travel and a driving licence required.
