A specialist school in Trowbridge, Wiltshire is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to become part of its supportive team. You will work with children aged 5-16 who may have Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as a range of additional learning requirements.
This position offers the chance to work within a nurturing school environment alongside experienced teachers, pastoral staff, therapists and SEN professionals.
The Role
As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will help children feel safe, valued and supported throughout their school day. You will provide emotional and practical assistance both within the classroom and during other areas of school life.
Your responsibilities will include:
