We are looking to build a bank of Casual Exam Invigilators who can support our campuses on a short-term or longer-term basis throughout the year, with hours offered according to examination requirements.

Bank / Sessional – flexible hours offered on an as-required basis throughout the year, including opportunities for both short-term and longer-term work.

What You’ll Do

* Supervise students during exams to ensure regulations are followed at all times

* Set up examination rooms and distribute materials as required

* Provide clear instructions to candidates before and during exams

* Monitor exam conditions calmly and professionally

* Collect and securely handle exam papers at the end of each session

* Report any issues or irregularities in line with College procedures
