• As a Senior Engineer, you will:
  Lead the development and delivery of projects across:
  Traffic Engineering, Public Realm, Casualty Reduction, Active Travel, Traffic Signals
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including:
  Members of the public, Local groups, Elected members, Contractors and partners
• Provide professional advice to internal and external stakeholders
• Support Local Highway Footway Improvement Groups
• Mentor apprentices, helping to develop future talent

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Strong communication skills - you can work confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
• Project leadership ability - you can manage schemes from start to finish
• Problem-solving mindset - you deliver practical, effective solutions
• Ability to mentor and support others

• Proven experience in Highway and Traffic Engineering
• Experience delivering Traffic Engineering or Integrated Transport schemes
• Knowledge of Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs)
• Experience working with consultants and contractors

• Design software experience, such as:
  AutoCAD, Key Lines, Key Sign
• Understanding of NEC contracts and contract management (desirable)

• You may be required to attend meetings or site visits across Wiltshire.
• Occasional out-of-hours working may be required depending on project needs
