Overview
Employer Funding and Risk Lead – Trowbridge. This is a permanent role with a salary of £57,665.00. Reference: 5300565.
Responsibilities- Lead on complex employer funding and risk matters, providing expert guidance on actuarial issues, covenant assessments and long-term sustainability.
- Oversee employer admissions, mergers, reorganisations, cessations and TUPE-related pension activity, ensuring employers can navigate a regulatory and financial environment.
- Monitor employer compliance and performance; support valuation processes; shape funding and risk policies.
- Collaborate with actuaries and senior stakeholders to deliver practical, evidence-based solutions and protect member benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Experience in actuarial issues, covenant assessments and long-term sustainability of pension funds.
