Finance Manager Trowbridge - Office Based Salary:
Up to £55,000 Are you ready for an exciting step in your Finance career? Our client, a dynamic and thriving business near Trowbridge, is seeking a talented Finance Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll take the lead in managing financial operations for a fast-growing group, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports. Monitor budgets, forecasts and project costs. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial controls. Manage payroll, bookkeeping and treasury activities. Lead operational improvement and business projects. Manage supplier relationships, audits and tax submissions. Improve processes through automation and systems optimisation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

CIMA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying. Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Manufacturing, engineering experience desirable. Experience using ERP systems. PACKAGE & BENEFITS:
