• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capabilities of the wider healthcare team
• Grow talent that reflects the communities we serve; coach, mentor and support colleagues every step of the way
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
• A collaborative, team‑first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

• Experience in enhanced services
• A strong understanding of local clinical networks

We are seeking a patient‑centred Relief Pharmacist to join our Boots pharmacy teams across the Calne, Chippenham, Corsham, Marlborough and Pewsey area!

What a Relief Pharmacist for Boots will:

• Gain confidence quickly
• Experience different stores and different challenges
• Receive flexible work patterns
• Learn best practice to share with other stores
• Receive paid transportation at 45 pence per mile

You would ordinarily be placed across 2–3 stores maximum and our dedicated planning team will resent your rota to you at least 12 weeks in advance.
