Optometrist

Overview

A clinically focused independent Opticians based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire are looking for a part time Optometrist 2-3 days a week.

• Provide thorough eye examinations with a focus on quality patient care. The practice offers long appointment times (45-60 minutes) and advanced equipment including an OCT and Optomap. There are no contact lenses requirements in this role. The team includes an experienced Optometrist Director and a qualified Dispensing Optician. Work alongside the team with 2-3 days per week and no weekend requirements.
• Operating hours from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, with flexible working arrangements available.
• Role details emphasize a well-established, family-run independent opticians with a loyal patient base and strong patient feedback.

• Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC.
• Focused on quality care; ideally 5 years qualified.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; ability to build rapport with patients.
