Trowbridge, Wiltshire Hybrid | 3 to 4 days per week onsite.

£65,000 to £85,000 + bonus to 20%, 25 days holiday, matched pension to 7.5%

We are a leading international manufacturing business with a global client base, and are looking to hire an experienced Business Applications Lead to shape and drive the optimisation, integration and continuous improvement of our business systems landscape.

In this leadership role you will provide both strategic direction and hands‑on delivery
, ensuring our ERP, MES, CRM, BI/reporting and wider application ecosystem is integrated, high‑performing and aligned to business objectives.

You will lead a small team of Business Systems Analysts, foster a culture of innovation, and champion continuous improvement across processes, applications and collaboration tools.

You’ll work closely with operational leaders, IT stakeholders and external partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that enable operational efficiency and business growth.

• Strong experience in IT/business applications leadership, ideally within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Broad technical understanding across ERP/MES/CRM/BI, Microsoft technologies, and application ecosystems.
• Proven capability in process improvement, integration, and change delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for driving service excellence.
