Registered Nurse (RGN) - Bank - Care Home

Job Type: Bank. Up to £26.07 per hour.

This is a casual, part‑time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents to help deliver the quality care they deserve. You will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, rely on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions, develop tailored care plans, and provide medicine safely, ensuring excellence across all duties.

Current NMC registration is required. You should have good knowledge of up‑to‑date clinical practices, experience producing well‑developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, and understand regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You should be dedicated, compassionate, and pride yourself on a person‑centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
