ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a casual, part‑time role offering flexible working.

• Look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
• Make critical clinical decisions using professional judgement.
• Develop tailored care plans.
• Provide medication safely.
• Deliver excellence across all duties.
• Provide bank cover for annual leave, sick leave or other absences; hours and days will vary.

• Current NMC registration.
• Good knowledge of up-to‑date clinical practices.
• Experience of producing well‑developed care plans.
• Experience of detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Dedicated, compassionate, person‑centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
