Nurse Associate

16 hours per week | Up to £15.50 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Nursing Associate to join our friendly team at Roundstone Surgery.

This varied role combines core Nursing Associate duties with a focus on respiratory care. Working alongside our experienced clinical team, you will support patients with long-term respiratory conditions while delivering high-quality nursing care within a busy GP practice.

• Venepuncture (blood taking)
• Wound care and dressings
• Injections and vaccinations (where appropriately trained)
• Health checks and routine clinical observations
• Supporting patients with long-term conditions
• Spirometry and FeNO testing
• Supporting asthma and COPD reviews
• Health promotion and patient education

You will be a qualified Nursing Associate registered with the NMC, with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Experience of respiratory care, spirometry or FeNO testing would be an advantage, but we would also welcome applications from Nursing Associates who have an interest in developing specialist respiratory skills, as training and support can be provided.
