• Serve customers with a smile, share Star Buys and make sure everyone leaves feeling great.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
• Play a key role in smashing store targets.
• Receive in‑store training over the first 12 months.
• Participate in a discussion and observation of your performance at the end of training.
• Support your team and tutor to complete the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

• Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4’s for Scotland).
• Not currently in any form of education and available for full‑time shifts.
• Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.
