Marks & Spencer is seeking a frontline team member to lead the fill operation and ensure the store is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to serve, sell and fill, and lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
As a key holder, you will support opening and closing duties, maintain a safe, clean, and well-presented store, and role model excellent customer service and M&S behaviours across the team.
