Install domestic systems and equipment in private housing (e.g. heating, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or specialist systems as applicable)
* Ensure all installations comply with current regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards
* Complete commissioning and handover to the customer
* Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance
* Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs
* Provide clear explanations to customers regarding work completed and any further recommendations
* Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
* Industry certifications (Gas Safe, NICEIC, F-Gas, unvented, etc. – role dependent)
* Experience with servicing and breakdown diagnostics
