Wiltshire Council's Emerald Team is seeking an Adolescent support worker to help vulnerable young people at risk of exploitation or going missing. You will build trust, assess needs, and provide tailored support across complex cases in a multi-disciplinary setting.
Successful candidates will have NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience, strong safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication. Hybrid working is offered with on-site and community-based engagement.
