Overview
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Details- Job Title: Customer Service Agent
- Location: Troy, Alabama
- Pay Range: $12
- Assist callers by providing clear directions and troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Support users with registration, password resets, and timesheet submissions
- Respond to inquiries regarding payment, claims, and system usage
- Utilize multiple tools and systems efficiently to manage customer interactions
- Maintain a positive and professional image while ensuring customer satisfaction
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency with email and Windows-based systems
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt to changing information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to confidentiality standards
