Our client,is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

* + Assist callers by providing clear directions and troubleshooting basic technical issues

+ Support users with registration, password resets, and timesheet submissions

+ Respond to inquiries regarding payment, claims, and system usage

+ Utilize multiple tools and systems efficiently to manage customer interactions

+ Maintain a positive and professional image while ensuring customer satisfaction

+ Proficiency with email and Windows-based systems

+ Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt to changing information

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
