Food Supervisor – Sodexo

Location: Troy University -

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Range: $12 per hour - $12 per hour

As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality‑of‑life improver. You will provide oversight at the direction of management on‑site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes.

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• Successful candidates will be team‑oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 1 or more years of related work experience; previous supervisory experience preferred.
