The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage during busy periods, such as the Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.

• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Maintain safety standards and promote a safe environment.

• Travel as needed; lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds; operate store equipment.
• Ability to stand, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively and complete training.
