We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract‑to‑permanent basis in Troy, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor records, ensuring accuracy in data processing, and assisting with financial documentation. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various departments to optimize processes and uphold compliance standards.

• Create, update, and maintain master data records with precision and efficiency.
• Perform regular data reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce governance policies and ensure consistency across all systems and databases.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to streamline processes and implement best practices.
• Document key tasks and processes thoroughly to support operational transparency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational controls and assist with audit activities.
• Support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud and other master data modules.
• Address ad‑hoc data management requests and provide assistance across teams as needed.
• Process invoices accurately, including coding and check runs, to maintain smooth accounts payable operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in vendor maintenance, master data management, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem‑solving, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with systems such as Microsoft Navision and Oracle is advantageous.
• Knowledge of master data management and shared services environments is a plus.
