Senior Accountant​/Accounting Manager

The ideal candidate will have had exposure to consulting with the Controller, CFO, and CEOs of small to mid‑size businesses. They will be relied upon to either oversee or prepare individual and corporate tax returns. They will manage audits and reviews of small to mid‑size companies. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles

• Work closely with team members to assist with the year‑end projections
• Assist with the annual audit and / or review process including the draft of the financial statements and related disclosures
• Oversee preparation of related individual and corporate tax returns
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management
• Consult with businesses and be a solution seeker

• 3-5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• CPA preferred but not required. Must have education and work requirements met to sit for CPA exam and plan to sit within next 12 months
