We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to support the Accounting & Finance department. This role will be instrumental in managing day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash flow reporting, payroll expense review, and supporting PAC USA and foreign entities accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience and knowledge, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Quick Books, and the ability to collaborate effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable & Customer Invoicing:
    Prepare and issue customer invoices and accounts receivable statements; apply customer payments in Quick Books; respond to customer requests related to account statements; maintain company profiles in customer online portals.
  • Cash Flow & AR Performance:
    Prepare cash flow statements and weekly updates for AR performance (forecast vs. actual) for CFO and leadership team.
  • Purchase Order (PO) Oversight:
    Prepare weekly and monthly PO reports for leadership and manage customer PO processes.
  • Project Setup & System Management:
    Set up new project numbers in Quick Books, PMS, and ADP.
  • Issue inter-company invoices.
  • Other PAC entities Accounting:
    Maintain general ledger accounts, manage invoicing activities, prepare and post journal entries, prepare monthly entity financial statements, perform daily reconciliation of available bank balances, and process accounts payable payments through related banking portals.
  • Payroll & Expense Review:
    Review and approve bi-weekly payroll reimbursable expenses, prepare summary reports, and follow up with team members for monthly timecards and expenses for customer projects.
  • Compliance & Special Projects:
    Prepare and submit VAT applications, assist with year-end 1099 review, and support special projects as assigned.
  • Banking & Reconciliation:
    Perform daily available bank balance reconciliation for U.S. and foreign entities and perform other banking tasks.
  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with Project Managers for invoicing and approvals, coordinate with Accounting & Finance personnel, and provide regular updates to leadership team.
  • Key Deliverables:
    Ensure timely weekly PO reporting to leadership team, monthly invoicing to customers, accurate monthly financial statements, and VAT reclamation processing.
  • Special projects and assignments as deemed necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • CPA or CMA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with solid experience in accounts receivable and cash flow management.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting.
  • Quick Books software experience is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with VAT processes and international accounting practices.
  • Knowledge of payroll expense review and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or global organization.
  • Demonstrated initiative in improving financial processes and systems.

Pay Range

$94,000 - $102,000 USD

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, education, and qualifications.
